    Great interview Tom, Jack and Paul! Thank you so much for participating in the GNY “Hot Seat”!! There was so much information that I’m sure our members will find valuable. Right now the industry is a buzz regarding social media and as with any new initiatives we are all a bit wary of it, and unsure of exactly how it will benefit us in the long run. As you and Jack both state in Part II of the interview – the best way to learn it, is to do it!!!
